Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
Prior experience in logistics, RMA, and online order management is preferred
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in handling, controlling, receiving, shipping, and storing electronic products
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data processing and reporting
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend improvements
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Experience in returns handling and e-commerce/marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) is an advantage
