POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in hospital admissions – outpatient, radiology, inpatient etc

• Ensure all billing matters, insurance claims and payment collection are effectively and efficiently performed

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in hospital admissions – outpatient, radiology, inpatient etc

• Ensure all billing matters, insurance claims and payment collection are effectively and efficiently performed

• Ensure that quality customer services are provided to all internal and external stakeholders

• Assist in AR, credit services and bad debt management

• Liaise closely with clinics, hospital’s finance department, relevant government entities and insurance companies on all BO-related matters

• Assist with portering of patient around the hospital

• Daily check on claims submission e.g. PMI, CPF, Govt Agencies etc.

• Follow up on any claims issues encountered.

• Rectify any erroneous claims rejected by the relevant parties, etc.

• To perform regular audit checks on patient collections

• Perform admission process, bill estimation and data entry to filing of insurance claims forms and collection of deposits

• Perform cashiering and payment collections of credit card, cash, NETS and cheques from patients and alert admission executive to variances in the Cashiering Collection Report

• Handle customers’ queries pertaining to admission process and services provided

• Prepare and send out Consolidated Invoices for Corporate Clients.

• Handle email and telephone enquiries relating to billing/payments, etc.

• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by Immediate Superior.

QUALIIFCATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Must be willing and able to perform rotating shift work of up to 12 hours per shift (44 hours per week), including night shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays, in accordance with operational requirements. Applicants who are unable to meet the above requirements need not apply.
• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in healthcare industry
• Team player with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably able to communicate in Chinese due to liaising with Mandarin speaking patients

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review medication orders and intervene accordingly with prescriber if necessary.
• Provide pharmaceutical care services and medication reconciliation to ensure optimal patient outcome.
• Counsel patients (inpatients/outpatients) on their medication.
• Ensure medication safety for patients and improve processes related to safe medication practices.
• Provide drug information to doctors, nurses and patients.
• Oversee pharmaceutical inventory and stock taking.
• Update drug information sheet and/or guidelines in the hospital system on regular basis.
• Uphold and ensure compliance with pharmacy legal, professional, and ethical standards at all time.
• Participate in projects relating to improving pharmaceutical care in the hospital.
• Performs any other duties as and when requested by Senior Pharmacist and / or Pharmacy Manager.

QUALIIFCATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Must be registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Entry level candidates who have completed their pre-registration pharmacist training are welcome to apply.
• Work Hours: Tuesdays to Sundays with alternate Full Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibility of Staff Nurse includes performing patient assessment and applying appropriate interventions for effective patient’s outcomes. They must also demonstrate competency in clinical skills and knowledge by providing patient education and participate in patient’s rehabilitation, involving the patient’s family as necessary. In addition, they must be involved in assisting resident physicians during patients round for treatment / procedures and examination of patient. Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care is essential, as well as performing any other duties as assigned by Nurse Managers and/or Nurse Clinicians.

Qualification/Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school by Singapore Nursing Board with either Certificate, Diploma or Degree OR; a Nursing Bachelor degree from a foreign country
• Full or conditional registration with Singapore Nursing Board
• Valid yearly nursing practicing license
• Valid BCLS & AED provider certificate
• Required to work on rotating shifts upto 12 hours that include day and night shift, on weekends and public holidays
