Manage and maintain the organisation’s digital platforms, including social media channels
Develop and implement content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and campaigns
Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including copy, images, and videos
Monitor and analyse performance metrics (e.g. engagement, reach, lead generation), and recommend improvements
Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
Support membership drives, promotional offers, and product or menu launches
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective campaign roll-out across outlets or locations
Track campaign performance, prepare reports on effectiveness and return on investment
Develop marketing materials, including digital content and print collaterals (e.g. posters, menus, promotional materials)
Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints
Liaise with external agencies, designers, and vendors where required
Support collaborations with influencers, partners, and corporate clients
Assist in the planning and execution of events, activations, and promotional activities
Provide on-site support during events, launches, and campaigns
Contribute to community engagement initiatives to enhance brand presence
Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives through marketing activities
Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to support conversion and revenue targets
Assist in the execution of in-store or on-site promotions and initiatives
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
Gather and evaluate customer insights to support marketing strategies
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (candidates from F&B, retail, fitness, or lifestyle industries preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in lifestyle, F&B, or fitness sectors is advantageous
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
