Sales Associate (Indoor)
Job Responsibilities:
· Provides support to the Sales & Product teams. Works closely for a timely and accurate document processing.
· Facilitate in invoicing, issuing of credit note and document matching for retail channel customers.
· Attend to customer enquiries on orders, and/or product availability
· Print of customer invoices and scan of signed copies into system.
· Manage proper filing records.
· Ad-hoc admin duties.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum GCE 'O'/'N' levels.
· Meticulous in documentation & pays attention to details.
· Keen to learn and has positive work attitude, good team player.
· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office application and SAP operation
· No need to go out doing sales
