About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to grow our AI platform sales business across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. You will be the frontline representative for a portfolio of purpose-built agentic AI platforms, each solving a distinct enterprise problem.

This is not a generic technology sales role. You will be selling platforms with a clear point of view, a defined buyer, and a measurable ROI.

What you will do

Platform sales & new business development

• Own the full early-stage sales motion, from prospecting and outreach to qualified pipeline and closed meetings
• Identify the right buyer for each platform: procurement and ops leads for Reconcile.ai, credit and risk teams for CredOps.ai, and transformation leaders for the Digital Worker Suite
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets across the platform portfolio

Platform evangelism & events

• Represent the company at technology events, conferences, webinars, and industry networking forums across the region
• Engage event attendees and convert connections into qualified business opportunities
• Deliver compelling platform narratives, not feature lists — that connect each product to a client's specific business problem
• Position our platforms against the competitive landscape with confidence and clarity

Client engagement & solution positioning

• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and key decision-makers
• Understand client business challenges deeply enough to match the right platform to the right problem
• Coordinate with internal product, pre-sales, and delivery teams to prepare tailored presentations, proposals, and client discussions
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with regular forecasting and opportunity updates

What we are looking for

Experience

• Proven track record in business development, lead generation, or technology sales
• Experience selling IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, AI/Gen AI Solutions, Managed Services, or Technology Consulting is strongly preferred
• Exposure to enterprise or mid-market customer segments preferred
• Experience in FSI, banking, or lending technology sales is an advantage
• Experience operating in APAC markets , particularly Singapore, Malaysia, or the Philippines is critical

• Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value for a non-technical audience
• Confident engaging with senior decision-makers — CIOs, CFOs, Head of Operations, Chief Credit Officers

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, including at least 3 years in IT security or related roles.
• Working exp in Banking environment is desirable
• Experience in managing Darktrace, ForeScout, Keysight, Pentera appliances is MUST
• Hands-on experience with network security, infrastructure security, etc.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security technologies
• Comprehensive understanding of security principles, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills, including technical writing and documentation proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Certifications like CISSP, OSCP, GSEC, CySA+, CNNP Security or equivalent are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversea the acquisition and development fo Software systems in organisational units

2. Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and project implemented in the

organization.

3. Oversea the development of Proof of Concept / solutions and provide technical expertise on the

development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors

are considered.

4. Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation, integration, upgrade and support of

NetReveal systems.

5. Provide knowledge of the functionality of one or more core NetReveal modules (such as ETL,

Builder, Workbench, Visualizer, Live, Scenario Manager, WLM, Services Manager and Application

Builder)

6. Participate in the technical workshops during the analysis and design stages of project and

collaborate with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies

with enterprise design principles, security and control standards

7. Trouble-shoot environmental & technical issues that arise in the course of deploying/configuring

software and escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose

workarounds/resolutions.

8. Collaborate with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load

testing and application security testing with quality result

9. Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills and ensure project delivery is within

schedule.

10. Effective and Efficient decision making ability – prioritizing, time management, etc

11. Plan technical deliverables, perform design and development works to meet project’s

requirements within schedule

12. Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure teams for servers setup and maintenance within

project or enhancement schedule

13. Manage project change request approval windows and deployment schedule

14. Facilitate and provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment

15. Create and compile necessary technical documents for the solutions on timely basis.

Requirements:

1. Min 5 years’ experience or equivalent in a technical role such as programming, technical/IT support, software installation.

2. Good knowledge of SQL and in-depth experience of databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server or

Teradata and performance tuning at a database level

3. Technical trouble shooting skills

4. Previous experience of installing software, creating test environments

5. Good knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, HPUX, Google Cloud Platform, Windows

6. Understanding of Java and J2EE architectures/and/or Data Server

7. At least 3 years of experience / knowledge working with JBoss, Weblogic, MQ, Apache Kafka and

Spark

8. Experience in AML/KYC ecosystem and technologies
