The main responsibilities include but are not limited to :

· Provide design and creative solutions to the project assigned.

· Present and present creative solutions to Clients.

· Provide presentation materials for design proposal.

· Support the design team member in the projects from beginning to the full completion of the project.

· Monitor design intent progression on site.

· Provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed.

· Assist Senior Designer, Lead Designer, Associate Design Director or Design Director in any project assignment.

Requirement :

· BA in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent in experience.

· Candidate must possess minimum 3-5 years' experience in workplace interior design projects.

· Enjoy working on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline.

· Good at problem-solving, lateral thinking and excellent design flair and joinery detailing.

· Good communication and presentation skills.

· To be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.

· Proficient in using AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch up and MS PowerPoint.

We’re looking for a talented M&E Manager to join our Singapore office as we continue growing across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of M&E systems, who can effectively translate complex technical information into clear, actionable reports and communications.

What you'll be doing:

• Review tender requirements from Clients/Consultants, not limiting to tender documents, drawings, site surveys and tender briefs
• Attend site show-round, tender interview and meetings as and when necessary
• Liaise with internal project members for integrating of M&E design into proposals
• Develop M&E designs and layouts for proposals
• Develop cost proposals according to the design intend
• Source for and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
• Proposed value engineering for M&E designs
• Ensure tender submissions/proposals are fully complied with Clients’/Consultants’ requirements
• Ensure tender submissions/proposals are aligned to industry norms and adheres to local authorities’ standards and compliance
• Negotiate and procure materials and services for awarded contracts
• Prepare, submit and discuss project cost variations with Clients/Consultants
• Review and certify claims from suppliers and contractors
• Carry out other duties, activities as maybe directed by the company from time to time, either through its Management or the Employee’s direct reporting superior

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant M&E experience
• Good safety knowledge and attitude
• Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and manage pressure

We’re looking for a meticulous Accounts Executive to join our Singapore office as we continue growing across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, solid financial acumen, and the ability to manage accounting tasks while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Prepare and issue invoices, including progress claims, and maintain proper documentation for all billings.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date receivable records.
• Verify and process supplier invoices and subcontractor claims.
• Prepare payment vouchers, ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile suppliers’ statements and handle payment-related queries.
• Manage staff expenses and petty cash reimbursements.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of accounting records.
• Track and monitor project costing by recording all project-related expenses, ensuring accurate cost control and timely identification of variances.
• Liaise with site and project teams on billing matters and cost verification.
• Handle GST reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management team or immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of GST accounting and compliance

• Handle incoming leads and opportunities, and compile for Management’s qualifications.
• Lead the development of compelling and compliant RFP responses and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to gather information and develop proposal content.
• Organize and disseminate tender addendums and clarifications and provide timely responses.
• Ensure that RFP submissions meet all requirements, including those related to format, content, and timeline.
• Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including coordination of internal and external resources, review and approval processes, and submission.
• Prepare presentation slides and materials for tender interviews.
• Assist Management in handling Agreement/Contract on awarded projects.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable proposal content, including case studies, testimonials, staff Curriculum Vitae and boilerplate texts.
• Maintain a strong and cohesive set of sales and RFP documentation in line with Conexus branding guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and customer needs and incorporate this knowledge into proposal development.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Requirement:

• 5 years and above of experience in proposal development, bid management, or a similar role in a relevant industry.
• Experience in sectors in Design and Build and frequently engage in tender and RFP process will be an advantage.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across all functions.
• Awareness of trends in the market or industry to tailor bids for competitive advantage.
• Good analytical and research skills.
• Good attention to detail and high quality of work.
• Excellent ability to manage concurrent projects and tasks while meeting competing deadlines.

Job Description:

• Create and develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, buildings, and other structures based on architectural plans, sketches, and other design data.
• Create high-quality photo realistic renderings using V-ray, SketchUp, and Enscape including to Walkthrough animation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of visuals and adherence to project timelines.
• Review and refine renderings to ensure they meet the desired quality standards and accurately represent the design intent.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D visualization and rendering to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of your work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modelling and expertise in Enscape for real time rendering.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
• Ability to interpret and work from architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll be doing:

Office Administration

• Manage daily office administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, internal discussions, and external appointments, including arranging meeting rooms and logistics.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, equipment servicing, and administrative support services.
