Be Assistant, Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management

We're searching for a detail-oriented Assistant, Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will manage the order fulfillment process, provide excellent aftersales support, and maintain our stock inventory. Join us and help drive our operational success to new heights!

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?

1. Order Fulfillment Process:

• Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary documentation for orders.
• Monitor order statuses and address any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.

2. Customer Contact and Aftersales Support:

• Proactively reach out to customers to address any aftersale inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
• Resolve customer issues and cases effectively, aiming to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.

3. Stock Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movement.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure alignment between stock records and physical quantities.
• Monitor stock replenishment needs and coordinate with relevant departments to restock products in a timely manner.
• Organize and optimize the storage of devices and products in the inventory area.

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the trade-in business by encouraging customers to trade-in their mobile devices for cash. You will accurately catalogue trade-in devices and ensure they are stored securely. Providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and managing trade-in sales and payments are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and tidy retail environment, improve store facilities, and perform general operations and administrative functions.

Responsibilities 

• Drive the trade-in business by encouraging customers to trade-in their mobile devices.
• Accurately catalogue trade-in devices and store them securely.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage trade-in sales, cash register, and process payments.
• Perform general operations and administrative functions.
• Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy, with presentable product displays.
• Assist in improving store facilities and environment to attract more customers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements 

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Love interacting with people
• Fast Learner, self motivated, able to multi-task and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working attitude - willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
• Singaporean & PR only.
