Carry out window installation works in compliance with BCA Safety of Windows requirements.
Take accurate on-site measurements prior to installation.
Measure and cut materials precisely to fit specified window dimensions.
Ensure correct alignment, sealing, and proper fitting of all installations.
Inspect materials and tools before use to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Handle all tools, equipment, and materials in a safe and responsible manner.
Report any defects, issues, or abnormalities encountered during installation.
Remove existing windows and prepare surfaces for new installation works.
Assist with site preparation, protection works, and post-installation housekeeping.
Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and hygiene standards at all times.
Perform additional installation or cleaning duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Have successfully completed a training course on ‘Safety of Windows’ conducted by HDB
BCA-certified Trained Window Installer (TWI)
Can start work immediately or at short notice.
At least 12 months experience in carrying out installation and retrofitting of windows in a locally registered firm.
Knowledge of various window types and installation methods.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Able to work independently as well as follow instructions effectively.
Responsible, reliable, and demonstrate a positive working attitude.

Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with agencies
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR data management
Assist in onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, and performance review exercises
Support training and development initiatives
Support annual performance and salary review exercises
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
Handle employee insurance matters and government surveys
General
Support administrative and corporate affairs matters as required
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time
JobRequirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Experience in project accounting and human resources functions.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, as well as relevant MOM and BCA regulations and compliance requirements.
Detail-oriented, diligent, and proactive with a positive work attitude.
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage foreign blue-collar workers effectively.

Oversee contractual matters, progress claims, variation claims and payment certifications including final account settlement;
Establish procurement procedures, manage the negotiation process with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure that purchases are cost effective and subcontracts awarded are within project budgets;
Oversee operational matters and implementation of project management processes to ensure that projects are completed within budgeted cost and targeted profits are achieved;
Overall planning and reviewing of project resource allocation(staff, worker, tools and machinery) to optimise operating cost of projects;
Provide guidance, training and support to project managers, project supervisors, quantity surveyors and designers to achieve timely completion of projects, improve overall efficiency of projects, ensure quality of projects/products and compliance with safety requirements;
Act as the key contact for customers and external parties such as architects, consultants and regulatory authorities;
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication;
Maintain and implement ISO Quality System, Safe Work Practices and Risk Assessment in the Company;
Ensure compliance of works executed with regulatory and statutory requirements;
Manage and monitor the competency of operational staff and oversee their performance in the aluminium business; and
Perform any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field
Min 7 years commercial experience in Aluminum industry, or others equivalent
Have experiences in dealing with HDB project tendering will be advantage
Equipped with good aluminum knowledge and good interpersonal relationship skill
Experience in Aluminum industry would be preferred
Able to travel to Malaysia plant
Self-motivated individual with good business acumen (Business management, leadership, financial literacy, critical thinking)
