Job Description
Outline client design objectives by communicating with clients to understand lifestyle requirements, needs & visual direction.
Prepare 3d, 2d and sketchup design plans.
Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
Prepare and submit progress claims and invoice billing.
Prepare quotation for interior design projects
Upgrades learning and maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Site coordination, liaising with suppliers and workers, management skills for interior design projects
Handles and complete projects on time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
The candidate must be competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop or other design programs and Microsoft Office
Excellent creative and communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Demonstrated ability to follow through and execute proposed designs
