Responsibilities:
Work closely with diverse stakeholders such asproject sponsors, project managers, Platform Leads, business unit controllers onproject deliverables and prioritization, eliminate bottlenecks and alignprojects with corporate objectives.
Design various dashboards for different stakeholdersfor clear, data-driven storytelling style of reporting.
Applied suitable project management frameworks, robustmilestone tracking, rigorous documentation, and strategic change managementpractices to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
Support and collate project financials such asbudget, actual vs forecast, submit accruals, tracks PO, invoice payments alongsideproject status and outcomes.
Support and prepare the presentation slides forthe monthly Project Steering Committee (PSC).
Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up on actionitems.
Assist PMO office in the new staff onboarding,exits and asset management, updating project org chart, email distribution list,team member mobility, office accesses, and assist in other admin tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineeringor relevant studies
At least 10 years proven track record on projectmanagement methodology, milestone tracking, artefacts, documentation, andchange management practices to ensure consistent delivery outcomes for PMOoffice.
At least 5 years of relevant experience on riskmanagement and compliance project with rapid digital transformation within the BFSIsector.
Demonstrated experience in applying hybrid,Agile, or Waterfall frameworks customized to project complexity.
High proficiency with business management tools suchas SAP, Tableau, Jira, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Strong analytical and problem-solvingcapabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam in a fast-paced environment.

PMO Governance & Standards: Support the establishment of PMO frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project toolkits.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 8 years in project management, PMO, or business analysis roles, managing all performance dashboards and generating reports for submission to the project team.
At least 5 years of relevant experience on rapiddigital transformation within the BFSI sector.
Experience using process mapping tools to document workflows and identify gaps.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivottables, vlookups) and presentation tools (PowerPoint); familiarity with Project Management software (Jira, MS Project).
Proficiency in dashboarding and reporting toolslike Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
