• Oversee planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of electrical and mechanical projects related to Data Centers.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering discipline
• Good to have a valid Electrician’s License from EMA.
• Minimum 7-10 years’ working experience in managing data center construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Good knowledge on HVAC and Fire Fighting.
• Understand project management tools in various aspect such as tendering, QS, Safety, QA& QC, construction supply chain, contracting and commercial terms.

• Collaborates with other disciplines and contractors to support the development of design deliverables such as drawings and specifications
• Reviews shop drawings and submittals to understand how design and construction are inter-related
• Attends construction and design verification walks and submit report of observations
• Prepares structural engineering calculations and finite element modelling under the supervision of a Senior Engineer
• Works closely with design and technical teams in leading the development of design deliverables such as reports and Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications
• Analyses and designs the basic structural components of a building or other structure

• Coordinates with engineer to resolve any clash problems on site.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Institute of Technical Education in a related engineering field
• Proficient in CAD/ BIM design
• > 8 years of working experience in the construction industry

• Serves as a key team member supporting electrification team functions.
• Designs and reviews functional system specifications for energy infrastructure and electrification-related projects.
• Performs topside power system design for energy infrastructure, including operational philosophy, design calculations, and detailed engineering drawings.

Job Requirements

• Possesses a Degree or Diploma in marine, mechanical, or electrical engineering disciplines.
• Good knowledge of marine energy infrastructure design, including energy storage systems, smart grid, and microgrid implementation.
• Prior experience in grid-tie project development and execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma inQuantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in handling QS/Contracts
• Management in construction industry and good negotiation and interpersonal skill.

• Develop, update and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural and MEP disciplines with a strong emphasis on accuracy, coordination, and quality control.
• Ensure timely submission of BIM models and drawings in line with project requirements and schedules.
• Organize and manage data to facilitate seamless coordination across disciplines (M&E, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing Sanitary, etc.).
• Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific modelling standards.
• Work closely with design teams, project teams and lead engineers to produce coordinated CAD drawings and BIM outputs.
• Provide accurate BIM deliverables to support design, authority submissions, and construction documentation.

Requirements

• Provides support and co-leading with Construction and Project Mangers to include receiving, logging, reviewing, tracking, expediting, and distribution of submittals, RFI’s, and other Project Controls Documentation
• Receives and reviews submittals returned from Architect or Engineer and notifies the Project Team of potential cost and/or schedule impacts based on review comments
• Develops a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the contract documents (plans, specifications, schedule, etc.)
• Collects data, assembles, and distributes various weekly reports as required
• Assists the Project Manager, Superintendent and Procurement with purchasing, expediting and receiving material and equipment for the project
• Assists in the preparation, issuance, and receipt of bid packages between field teams and procurement for review and tabulation
• Assists with managing the project schedule on a regular basis. Identifies schedule conflicts and assists the Construction and Project Managers in their resolution
• Actively manage field coordination of subcontractors and quality management

• Drive the Project Team in the timely completion of all required project closeout documents per contract, including turnover packages, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, owner training, punch lists, and other related items
