We are seeking an Finance & Operations Manager to oversee finance function, daily business operations, human resource functions, and organisational processes that support sustainable growth and employee success.

Role Overview

The Finance & Operations Manager is responsible for managing the company's financial health, operational processes, compliance administration, and business support activities. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations while providing strategic financial insights to support business growth, profitability, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Management

• Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Coordinate with external accounts & audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial metrics.

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day business and office operations
• Develop and improve operational workflows, SOPs, and internal processes
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and office facilities
• Support implementation of systems, tools, and automation initiatives
• Providing backend support to Financial Advisors

Human Resource Management

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases
• Administer payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Coordinate employee engagement and culture-building activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and HR policies

Internal Controls & Governance

• Strengthen internal control processes to mitigate operational and financial risks
• Ensure proper segregation of duties and approval workflows
• Maintain company policies, SOPs, and compliance register

Strategic & Organisational Support

• Support leadership with workforce planning and organisational development
• Monitor HR and operational KPIs
• Assist in change management and organisational improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or business management.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Experience within financial services, wealth management, insurance, banking, or financial advisory environments is preferred.
• Proven experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational functions.

The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and able to manage multiple campaigns while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels

Support product and service promotions to drive brand awareness and lead generation

Monitor campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery

Content Creation

Develop and produce content for social media, email campaigns, website, and marketing materials

Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for content development

Performance Analysis

Track and analyses campaign performance metrics (e.g. ROI, engagement, conversion rates)

Prepare reports and insights for management review

Recommend improvements based on data and market trends

Digital & Social Media

Manage and maintain company social media accounts and website content

Execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and online branding efforts

Market Research

Stakeholder Management

Requirements

CNRST Pte. Ltd. is seeking a meticulous and resourceful Finance & Operations Executive to support the company’s financial, operational, IT coordination, and vendor management functions. This role is suited for an individual who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

Prepare and issue invoices, including Debit Notes (DN), Credit Notes (CN), and broking invoices

Maintain and manage invoice records via SharePoint

Perform commission reconciliation accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain and reconcile financial records in QuickBooks

Operations

Provide administrative and operational support for FAR-related processes

Liaise with external stakeholders, including insurers and partners

Oversee general office administration, logistics, and supplies

Vendor Management

Manage relationships with key vendors, including IT provider, accountant, compliance support, and office services

Coordinate service requests and ensure timely delivery of vendor support

Monitor vendor performance and maintain proper documentation of agreements and services

Requirements
