We are recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support our Corporate Advisory Practice Group.
Salary Range: S$2,800 – S$3,800
JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative/Secretarial Duties:
Monitor assigned timelines, ensure timely filing and documentation of File opening & closing;
Billings & collection;
Conducting KYC (customer due diligence checks);
Time entry and claims submissions;
Preparing corporate secretarial documents and filing with the relevant government authorities;
Providing general administrative support as required, such as preparing fee quotes and engagement letters; maintaining a database of templates, records and correspondences; preparing invoices; managing calendars, scheduling appointments and monitoring deadlines.
Paralegal/Legal Support Duties:
Proofread and format legal documents;
Conduct litigation searches, desktop research and prepare summaries or reports;
Assist with the preparation of documentation for notarization;
Perform any other applicable ad-hoc duties/projects as and when required;
PRE-REQUISITES
Diploma in Law & Management or Paralegal Studies;
Strong organizational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills;
Meticulous, good work attitude and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel applications;
Good command of spoken and written English; and
1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a law firm is preferred.
