Position Documentation Officer ( Permit Declaration)
We are looking for a responsible and motivated staff to join our Freight Forwarding team to handle Customs Permit Declarations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and declare import, export, and transshipment permits ( Sea & Air )
- Ensure accuracy of permit declaration according to shipping and customs requirements.
- Verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, and supporting documents.
- Follow up on permit approvals and customs clearance status.
Requirement
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Min 2 years : Experience in freight forwarding on permit declaration will be an advantage.
- Understanding of Incoterms.
- Familiar with Singapore Customs permit procedures is preferred.
- Able to work independently ( work at home )
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
