Job Summary
Support accounting and administrative functions by managing bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and providing customer service and sales team support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Apply bookkeeping knowledge to maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing full sets of accounts
- Manage partial accounts including accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
- Process creditor and debtor payments accurately and efficiently
- Perform various administrative duties to support daily business operations
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to facilitate sales processes and documentation
- Respond promptly to phone calls and customer queries to deliver excellent customer service
- Coordinate customer support activities including delivery scheduling, invoicing, delivery orders (DO), and purchase orders (PO)
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or LCCI qualification in Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office applications to support accounting and administrative tasks
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Positive attitude with initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster good working relationships
