Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and Customer Service
• Perform Ear Piercing for Customers
• Handles cashier duty and general stock-taking
• Attend to sales inquiries on Company products and services
• Handles and respond to customer inquiries & feedback
• Promote and share the company stories and philosophy
• Ensure the cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping
• Review weekly & monthly results and discuss the next strategy and idea with Management
• Other duties assigned by Store Manager

Requirements:

• Training will be provided
• Willing to learn, have good initiative, and can work independently
• Sales experience will be an added advantage
• Able to work on retail hours, weekends, and public holidays (to be compensated with PH-in-lieu)
• Training will be provided

Remuneration:

• Basic salary with commission

The Head Sommelier plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience, ensuring that each meal becomes an unforgettable journey with perfectly paired wines.

You'll be in charge of:

• Developing a strong and continuously evolving wine program that is financially sustainable and excites patrons of the restaurant
• Implementing strategies to maximize wine sales and cost efficiencies on both the restaurant and retail channels
• Executing best-in-class wine service, keeping in mind guests' personal tastes and price preference to generate individualized wine profiles for guests
• Advising guests on wine purchases, collection building and on wine-related lifestyle topics
• Managing wine & beverage purchasing, inventory, maintenance and reporting
• Fostering strong relationships with wine suppliers to obtain high quality products and pricing

Across all levels, our kitchen is a safe space for every culinary mind to explore their artistry and hone their craft in every dish, and in every detail.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Oversee daily food service operation and maintain food quality and consistency on a day-to-day basis
• Train and provide specific guidelines and exacting standards on how to prepare each menu item
• Preparing and checking quality of ingredients
• Ensuring great presentation before food is served
• Keeping a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Monitoring stocks and place order when there are shortages
• Attend and contribute in required meetings
• Enforcing strict health and hygiene standard and troubleshooting any problems that may arise
• Being awesome role model for junior team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience with 2 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc)
• High standards of health and safety including personal hygiene
• Working in every area of the kitchen
• Able to perform basic task of food preparation and organisation of the kitchen
