Job Description

· Develop and implement administrative strategies that align with overall project goals and company objectives.

· Lead, mentor, and evaluate the project document control team, ensuring accurate, timely, and organized handling of all project documentation.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking to actively enhance document control team performance and project success.

· Support schedule and manage Document Controllers’ leave to ensure uninterrupted project operations and timely document submissions and provide on-site coverage when necessary.

· Develop and implement standardized document control procedures and systems across all projects to ensure consistency and compliance.

· Manage and maintain project documentation systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and audit guidelines.

· Monitor and control budgets related to project administration and document control to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with financial guidelines.

· Oversee the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services necessary for project execution to ensure operational readiness and uninterrupted workflow.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives for document management systems and administrative processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across project operations.

· Identify potential risks impacting administrative operations and develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.

· Oversee special projects involving administrative support for the project teams such as kick-off meetings, team bonding activities, and other team events—to foster collaboration and support team engagement.

· Prepare consolidated reports on document control status and administrative progress to provide senior management with accurate insights into informed decision-making.

· Develop communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed of administrative updates, project milestones, and potential risk factors, ensuring transparency and proactive issue management.

· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of project administration activities.

· Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management and project stakeholders highlighting administrative performance and strategic initiatives.

· Manage Document Controller site onboarding, attendance tracking, and related coordination for project teams to facilitate effective workforce management and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Perform additional duties as assigned to support the effective and efficient operation of the project team.

Job Requirements

· Minimum of Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

· At least 10-year professional Document Control experience with at least 5-year experience in leading a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description:

1. Construction Manager Oversees all aspects of construction operations, including cost management, quality control, schedule adherence, and safety compliance
2. Project Cost Monitor cost throughout the project, identifying savings, managing risks, optimizing resources, and suggesting budget adjustments for cost control and profitability.
3. Quality Control Management Manages the implementation of quality control systems and procedures across projects or departments by developing quality assurance plans and protocols to ensure consistent quality.
4. Technical Inspection Plan, schedule and conduct inspections and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements and review inspection reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
5. Workplace Safety and Health Framework Development and Implementation Manages the implementation of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) frameworks by ensuring compliance with WSH Act (Construction). Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

• CSCPM, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage

Job Description & Requirements

Responsible for technical drawings of morecomplex/large projects or overseesa team of drafters.Ensures that technical drawings are prepared according to time schedule and conform to specificationsfor construction

· Supervises and monitors the progress of shop drawings by team members for approval submission;

·Ensures the understanding and compliance of drawings with standards and specifications;

·Ensures understanding of project scope and requirements that impact accuracy of shop drawings;

·Prepares shop drawings and necessary documentation submission to main contractors/architects, etc;

·Prepares and updates status of shop drawing submission list for each project;

·Highlights and discussesany discrepancies on items/materials with relevant parties;

·Assists subordinates in the preparation of shop drawing details;

·Co-ordinates and arranges structural and architectural inspections with consultants;

·Prepares shop drawing schedule and submission to consultants for approval;

·Attends site meetings, progress and design meetings to provide status updates and resolves design and other issues;

Role of Position

• The Senior Project Manager responsible for leading the overall planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, scope, budget, and schedule. This role provides strategic direction, oversees multiple project teams, and fosters strong collaboration with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager ensures all works are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across projects.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans which includes timelines, resource allocation, risk management.
• Oversee site progress and coordinate with construction teams for quality and safety.
• Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, material submissions.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or WSQ Project Management qualifications are advantageous

Approximate Years of Experience

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant working experience in construction or interior fit-out industry, including at least 5 years in a project management leadership role
• Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial, hospitality, retail, or institutional projects in Singapore

Job Description:

• Plan, organize and carried out project management activities to ensure that assigned projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner to achieve and exceed the cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;
• Ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working culture;
• Review contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q. and material specifications;
