IT Executive

As an IT Executive, you will report to our Manager, IT, responsible for providing IT support and systems trouble-shooting, network management and maintenance of network and e-communications systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to end-users (eg connection to network, login issue, email inaccessibility).

• Setup, maintain and troubleshoot:

1. various client and server OS such as Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Windows Server, Linux, etc.

2. Firewall

3. Networking equipment eg Network Switches, Routers.

4. Wireless networking equipment eg AP’s and Wireless Controllers.

• Set-up new workstation (desktop/laptop)

• Familiar with general computer hardware replacement

• Provide training and support to end user for basic use of computers

• EDM broadcast, Backup of Servers, Anti-Virus and Windows Client and Server update

• Monitoring of the company Network

• Update CMS (Club Management System) patches and troubleshoot connection issues

• DRS (Jackpot System): Maintenance of the DRS computers, File and Progressive servers and network connection issue.

• Update Website eg errors, contacts, etc.

• Able to provide IT support after office hours (24 hrs) and weekends

• Cover IT Exec Admin duty if necessary, as the IT team is small

Requirements:

• Keen and passionate about IT industry with strong desire to work and learn

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Flexible with working hours when required and work independently with minimum supervision

• Able to handle end-users in a professional and timely manner

• Strong working knowledge in Windows, Linux Server Environment and Networking

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Minimum Nitec in IT or Computer Studies

Facilities Assistant

Work Location: Tessensohn Clubhouse

To assist in the daily operations and upkeep of the Club’s facilities, ensuring a clean, safe and functional environment for staff, members and visitors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the day-to-day upkeeping, functionality of facilities of the Club

• Assist with the setting up and dismantling of furniture and equipment for events, functions and meetings

• Manage and operate sound system, when required

• Perform regular checks and inspections on facilities and report any faults or hazards

• Escorting contractors or service providers for maintenance or repair works

• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedure at all times

• Assist in deliveries, movement of items and perform basic inventory control

• Perform simple handyman and maintenance tasks

• Support other administrative or operational duties as assigned by Clubhouse Manager

We want you, if you have/are:

• Minimum PSLE

• Basic handyman and maintenance experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office will be an added advantage

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to perform and carry manual tasks (eg. Movement of heavy item).

• Able to work independently and as a team

• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Working hours: 7am to 3pm, 2pm to 10pm

BOWLING EXECUTIVE

Location: Tessensohn Clubhouse (near Farrer Park MRT)

As a Bowling Executive, you will report to our Senior Bowling Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operations & Facilities: Oversee daily centre operations, including lane assignments and ensuring facilities (house balls/shoes) are organized and sanitized.

• Financial Management: Manage front-desk cashiering duties, including transaction processing and daily end-of-day payment reconciliation.

• Communication & Bookings: Manage and respond to email and phone enquiries regarding lane availability, corporate bookings, and general information.

• Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality service and manage the full cycle of lane reservations for Club Members, guests, and the general public.

• Regulatory Compliance: Enforce adherence to official game rules and safety regulations during all bowling leagues and competitive events.

• Data Administration: Manage the accuracy of bowlers’ records, including the timely update of league standings, competition results, and handicap ratings.

• Sales & Promotion: Actively promote bowling packages, membership programs, and special events to enhance guest engagement.

• Operational Mobility: Ability to travel and work at Westwood Bowl (Bukit Batok) or other designated as required by operational needs

TECHNICAL OFFICER

(LOCATION : CHANGI VILLAGE)

As part of our Development & Maintenance (D&M) Team in our Changi, you will report to our Operations/Resort Manager.

Job Description:

• Responsible for carry out breakdown repair & troubleshooting on all Facilities of Clubhouse including chalet units.

• Performing electrical and mechanical installation work when necessary.

• Liaise with term contractor to ensure work is properly carried out.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations of facilities of Clubhouse.

• Source for quotations and prepare work orders.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.

Requirements:

• Min NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with min 2 years of relevant working experience

• Need to work on roster including weekends and public holidays

• Good knowledge in electrical trouble-shooting on faults and failures

• Must be willing to learn new technology

• Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated

• Able to carry heavy items and able to work in both indoor and outdoor environment

Assistant Manager, IT

As an Assistant Manager, IT, you will report to our Manager, IT. You will be responsible to provide for providing IT support and systems trouble-shooting, network management and maintenance of the Club’s network and e-communications systems. You will liaise with vendors and system users, ensure compliance with security policy laid down by the Club, provide IT training, guidance and technical support to end-users and assist in the schedules, coordination and implementation of plans/projects to set up network systems.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Manager, IT to ensure the smooth operations of IT Department.

• To lead a team of 2-3 IT Executives to support the Clubhouse operations.

• Provide 1st level technical assistance to end-users.

• Setup, maintain and troubleshoot various client and server OS such as MS Windows.

• Setup, maintain and troubleshoot networking equipment such as switches, routers, firewall and wireless equipment.

• Setup new workstation (desktop/laptop), add network printers, familiar with migration of MS Outlook end user files from old to new workstation.

• Familiar with general hardware replacement ie Hard disk, ram, power supply etc.

• Maintain website and APPs

• Provide training and support to end-users.

• Liaise with vendor on IT related matters.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager, IT.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT or Computer Studies. Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing people a group of staff.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Able to handle end-users in a professional and timely manner

• Strong working knowledge in Windows, Linux Server Environment and Networking

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Able work independently with minimum supervision

CLUBHOUSE EXECUTIVE

(Location : Bukit Batok Clubhouse)

As a Clubhouse Executive in our Clubhouse, you will report to our Assistant Manager, Clubhouse. Being the first point of contact for members and guests, the Clubhouse Executive ensures a smooth and welcoming experience. The role encompasses reception duties and administrative support while delivering service excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist the Director/Assistant Manager in the daily operations and administrative work of the Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Clubhouse.

• Handle enquiries (walk-in/phone) and assist in operations and administration of the Front Office when needed

• Handle basic accounting administrative work such as processing invoices and petty cash.

• Liaise with service providers (cleaning, horticulture, security, car-park) to ensure the maintenance of the Clubhouse is according to the required standards.

• Maintaining Contractual services and liaising with external vendors.

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director/Assistant Manager.
