Responsibility
Overall responsible for the land surveying task.
To perform levelling, traversing, setting-out point, survey data collecting, layout, map and field of topographic surveying, boundary surveys etc.
Working closely with the engineering and construction team to meet the survey work required.
Manage and plan the land surveying work schedule to ensure all drawings are accurately for survey work and approved by relevant teams.
Receive and acknowledge control points from the registered surveyor and ensure that all control points are properly and effectively protected.
To ensure that all survey instruments, total stations and level are calibrated according to specifications at specified intervals.
To ensure surveying equipment are within range of precision specification to produce best result and accuracy.
Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing. Verified accuracy of survey data, measurement and calculations.
Liaise with Registered Surveyors for pre-computation plan drawing, setting out and as-built survey for TOP.
Carry out as-built surveys, and settlement monitoring for buildings
Prepare and submit pre and post construction drawings if necessary.
Any other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Land Surveying or relevant qualifications.
Minimum 3 years experience in construction sector.
Knowledge of contractual and building regulation.
Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.

Handle project coordination and responsible for all works in designated projects.
Responsible in overseeing the overall site progress to ensure the structural, architectural and MEP works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards and Safety regulations.
Plan and advise the construction foreman on sequencing and arrangement of work.
Provide regular reports to the Management on the progress of overall works in assigned projects.
Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions.
Ensure the site works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architectural and/ or relevant fields.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as project coordinator in maincon companies.
Well-versed in the operations, coordination and details for architectural, structural and M&E field works.
Strong leadership to monitor Coordinators and Foremen for the works executed.
Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
