The Medical Escort & Transportation (MET) Executive supports the delivery of safe, reliable, and client-centred transportation and escort services for seniors and clients requiring assistance to attend medical appointments and community services.

The Executive will coordinate service arrangements, support client intake and assessments, liaise with caregivers and healthcare partners, and ensure accurate documentation and operational records. This role is suitable for individuals who are service-oriented, organised, and enjoy working with seniors and the community.

Client Intake and Service Coordination

• Manage client referrals and conduct National Means Testing (NMTS) assessments to determine eligibility for Medical Escort & Transportation (MET) services.
• Coordinate transportation and medical escort arrangements for clients attending healthcare appointments and community services.
• Liaise with clients, caregivers, healthcare institutions, and community partners to facilitate smooth service delivery.
• Provide information and support to clients and caregivers regarding service processes and eligibility requirements.

Medical Escort Services

• Provide medical escort services when assigned, ensuring clients are accompanied safely to and from their appointments.
• Assist clients with mobility needs, including wheelchair transfers and safe boarding or alighting from transport vehicles.
• Monitor clients' well-being during transportation and promptly escalate concerns according to established procedures.

Operations and Administrative Support

• Schedule and deploy drivers, escorts, and volunteers to support daily service operations.
• Manage the MET hotline, attend to enquiries, and follow up on service requests from clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client records, service utilisation data, and operational documentation.
• Prepare routine operational reports and service statistics for management and relevant external agencies.

Quality and Compliance

• Participate in service reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
• Support the implementation of standard operating procedures and continuous service improvement efforts.

Other Duties

• Provide general administrative support related to MET operations.
• Under take other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Candidates with qualifications in healthcare support, social services, community care, or related fields will have an advantage.
• Training or certification in Medical Escort Services, Patient Care, First Aid, or related areas will be an added advantage.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in service coordination, customer service, healthcare support, community care, or administrative functions is preferred.

The Volunteer Engagement Executive coordinates volunteer recruitment, deployment, engagement, and retention to support eldercare programmes. The role works closely with volunteers, community partners, and internal teams to ensure effective programme delivery, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and enhance volunteer participation. Through data tracking, reporting, and compliance with safety and organisational standards, the incumbent helps create positive volunteer experiences and meaningful impact for seniors.

Responsibilities:

Volunteer Engagement

• Coordinate the end-to-end volunteer lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, deployment, and retention
• Match volunteers’ skills, availability, and interests to appropriate eldercare programmes (e.g. befriending, escorting, outreach activities)
• Facilitate volunteer briefings, training sessions, and engagement initiatives to support service quality
• Monitor volunteer participation and engagement trends to improve volunteer experience and continuity

Event Support

• Support planning and delivery of volunteer-supported eldercare programmes, including centre-based and community outreach activities
• Coordinate volunteer deployment with internal teams to meet operational and client needs
• Ensure smooth programme execution through effective scheduling, logistics coordination, and on-site support where required

Stakeholder & Community Engagement

• Engage community partners (e.g. grassroots organisations, corporates, schools) to support volunteer initiatives for seniors
• Maintain regular communication with partners and volunteers to sustain engagement and participation
• Identify opportunities to support partnerships that enhance volunteer involvement in eldercare programmes

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate volunteer records, attendance, and deployment data in organisational systems
• Track and analyse volunteer participation and programme data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare reports on volunteer utilisation, engagement levels, and programme outcomes

Governance, Safety & Compliance

• Apply organisational policies and standard operating procedures in volunteer engagement
• Ensure volunteers are briefed on safety, confidentiality, and safeguarding requirements when supporting elderly clients
• Support risk management practices to ensure safe and appropriate volunteer involvement in programmes

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Relevant experience in volunteer management, community engagement, events coordination, social services, or related areas
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong communication and relationship management skills across diverse stakeholder. groups
• Ability to interpret data and generate insights to improve volunteer engagement and programme delivery
• Proficiency in workplace tools such as spreadsheets, databases, or volunteer management systems

Job Summary

The Cluster Lead coordinates community care programmes within an assigned cluster, delivering beneficiary support, volunteer engagement, and accurate record management to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of community care programmes within the assigned cluster to ensure smooth delivery
• Act as the primary contact for beneficiaries, providing timely support and assistance
• Conduct beneficiary intake interviews and enter data accurately into records systems
• Plan and coordinate outreach activities and community events to engage beneficiaries and stakeholders
• Organize and oversee distributions of meals, grocery packs, and other support items to beneficiaries
• Collaborate with volunteers to facilitate befriending programmes and beneficiary visits

Job Description
