Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop client channels and resources in line with the company’s business development plans and drive business expansion and development.
2. Follow up on business opportunities, manage project coordination, quotations, tender submissions, business negotiations, and contract execution.
3. Monitor project progress and resolve issues in a timely manner.
4. Maintain and strengthen client relationships.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in marketing management and business development.
2. Familiar with business development and operational processes, with established market resources in industries including but not limited to hospitality, commercial, office, cultural tourism, and public infrastructure sectors.
3. Proactive, able to work under pressure, highly responsible, self-motivated, and demonstrates strong loyalty to the company.
4. Presentable with a pleasant personality, possessing strong communication, coordination, public relations, adaptability, and business negotiation skills.
5. Candidates with experience in five-star hotels or overseas working experience will have an added advantage.
6. Candidate can speaks and writes in English and Chinese will be a bonus as this role needs to communicate to our China HQ fluently.

Job Description:

1. Generate creative ideas for the soft-fitting scheme and submit creative proposals in a timely manner according to the progress of the project;

2. Collaborate with the selection of hard materials to participate in the selection of interior design soft furniture (styles and materials), ornaments, curtains, lighting, etc.;

3. Contact suppliers to provide various material samples for designers' reference;

4. Create a complete set of material books and boards based on the project style and selected materials;

5. According to the needs of the project, visit the site for investigation and conduct on-site soft decoration.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 8 years of experience in soft decoration design for star-rated hotels and villas, college degree or above, majoring in interior design and architecture;

2. Rich experience in interior design, decoration, and color matching, able to design various materials, furniture, and decorations according to the main body;

3. Proficient in AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, INDESIGN & SKETCHUP, and have certain graphic design capabilities;

4. Familiar with the design of accessories such as fabric, wallpaper, carpet, furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, etc.

Job Summary

Manage multiple design projects within the luxury hospitality sector, delivering innovative and timely design solutions that meet project requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure design excellence and project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously to deliver solutions that meet project timelines and specifications
• Coordinate with designers, project teams, and stakeholders to align design outputs with client and project requirements
• Develop space planning strategies and design concepts that optimize functionality and aesthetics for luxury hospitality environments
• Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation to support project execution and construction phases
• Advise on material selection to ensure quality, durability, and design intent are achieved
• Create and present color proofs and mock-ups to visualize design concepts and facilitate stakeholder approvals
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive and productive project environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in design within the luxury hospitality industry

About this Role

We are seeking an outstanding well experienced creative social media professional to join our team at CCD Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our brand team as well as handle our presence on various social media platforms, and be able to create and execute digital campaigns for our brand's online presence from conceptualization to implementation.

Job Description:

1.      Account Operation Strategy and Content Planning: Responsible for the overall operation strategy, planning, and implementation of CCD's overseas social media (Instagram, LinkedIn); enhancing CCD's brand exposure, engagement, and follower quality; driving traffic and creating business opportunities.

2.      Regular operations and data analysis: content publishing, interaction management, backend information processing, and business information;

3.      Advertising, traffic generation, and customer acquisition: Develop social media promotion and advertising plans based on market objectives to increase high-quality traffic, potential customer inquiries, and business leads; collaborate with the business team to leverage social media to help projects acquire customers, increase brand exposure, and achieve breakthroughs in regional markets.

4.      Managing the Office Portfolio and Marketing Deck.

Job Requirements:

1.      Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, brand communication, media, design or related fields;

2.      3+ years of experience in creating content for overseas social media; experience in IG/LinkedIn operations and advertising (Meta/LinkedIn Campaign Manager) or overseas market brand promotion.

3.      Strong design sensibility, insightful understanding of international high-end luxury brands, lifestyle brands, culture, art, and fashion trends;

4.      Familiar with overseas social media ecosystems and operational logic, possessing abilities in content planning, copywriting, graphic design, account growth, and advertising placement;

5.      Possesses data analysis capabilities and can adjust operational direction based on data;

6.      Proficiency in graphic design software such as Powerpoint & Indesign and language communication.
