Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations
Arrange and follow up on customer appointments to maintain scheduling accuracy
Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and phone calls to ensure effective communication
Update customer and service records and prepare basic documents to maintain accurate information
Coordinate with the workshop team to schedule vehicle servicing efficiently
Execute other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business needs
Requirement:
Prior administrative experience is an advantage
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage documents and data
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Organizational skills to manage schedules and records effectively
Attention to detail and ability to work independently to ensure task accuracy
