Customer Service Representative (Admin Support)

(Ability to Work in TUAS of Singapore Should Only Apply!)

Responsibilities :

· Responsible for processing customers' orders,

. Managing inventory and perform purchasing functions with shipment follow up;

. Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments;

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level or qualifications with credit in English;
• With Microsoft Excel intermediate level;
• Adaptable, independent with interpersonal skills;
• Fresh from school with no experience are welcome;
• Applicants with Accounts or Logistics background are also invited to apply too.
• Training will be provided;
• Able to start work within short notice or immediately.
• As Company have no remaining Quota for foreign Workers, only Locals or  Singapore PRs may apply.
• Applicants who are able to work in TUAS should only apply.

 5-day week with transportation provided from Joon Koon MRT Station.

- Work closely with Project Manager in execution of Project management, project schedule, coordination with sub-contractor and other task schedule

- Plan, implement & monitor work schedule

-Liaise with Main Contractor on site requirement

- Elaboration of detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and specifications for tools and materials needed to execute planned works

- Supervised Sub Contractors, Vendors on maintenance, site testing and commissioning activities and ensure quality standard

- Ensure project delivery according to dateline given, ensure cost control and profitability of project

- Order material and equipment from vendors

- Support site documentation requirements

- Others duties as assigned

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering

Accounts Payable (AP): Manage end-to-end AP processes, including processing vendor and supplier invoices, staff claims ensuring timely payments via Telegraphic transfers (TT) giro and cheques, and maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

Accounts Receivable (AR): Print sales invoices, issue debit notes and credit notes to customers. Follow up promptly with customers on outstanding or overdue payments to ensure timely collections. Perform receipt application, and debtor ageing.

General Ledger (GL): Perform month-end and year-end closing process, including accounting entries, preparing of journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheet to ensure accurate financial records. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of general ledger records.

· Prepare quarterly GST return
. Review the work of Account Assistant

· Oversee intercompany financial report

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ Finance / ACCA or equivalent
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experiences
