Job Descriptions

• Actively conduct risk assessments at project site and recommend measures to minimize and eliminate possible risks to any person.

Job Requirements

Description:

• Plan, design, supervise, and coordinate for geotechnical/ civil engineering and infrastructural design and site works
• Perform geotechnical analysis, soil classification, and analyze and interpret data from instrumentation work
• Perform calculations and simulations to validate design feasibility and performance
• Review and update drawings to resolve clashes with rebar, slab, or utilities
• Provide progress and technical reports, along with evaluations of geotechnical matters on site
• Execute 3D structural design analysis utilizing software
• Responsible for addressing all on-site geotechnical and engineering issues related to site activities

Requirements:

• Degree/Master in Geotechnical/ Civil Engineering its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant infrastructure experience
• Must be experience on subgrade treatment under poor geological conditions and slope treatment
• Experience in concrete and steel structures design, and temporary works design.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in essential structural design software, including ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, and MIDAS.

Description:

• Perform BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies to meet project deliverable requirements
• Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on Project needs and requirements
• Ensure models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards/requirements
• Handle Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings
• Prepare authorities’ submission drawings, forms, and documents. Ensure accuracy and completeness of work assignments when adhering to deadlines
• Oversee and interface with the design team and information managers for information coordination
• Monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved
• Manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with Consultants, Clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field with at least 7 years relevant experience in infrastructure design and BIM implementation or related field
• Must be proficient in Revit MEP
• Knowledge of Synchro or Fuzor will be an advantage

Working Location West Region

Responsibilities:

(i) Prepare cost estimation, endorse and ensure timely submission to the Employer Representatives for approval;

(ii) Prepare financial projection and carry out budgetary and expenditure control of Contractor’s works;

(iii) Prepare Contractor’s monthly payment claims and final account for the Contract and ensure timely and complete submissions to the Employer Representatives for payment, including all supporting documents and evidence;

(iv) Evaluate and carry outmeasurement where necessary,with claims for Purchase Orders;

(v) Compile all payment claims,interim certificates, Purchase Orders and invoices and ensure timely submission to the Employer Representatives for payment;

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Facilities Management or Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Posses basic knowledge of handling quotations, invoices and cost tracking is an advantage.
• Have experience in IFM is an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Install, maintain, repair plumbing system including water supply, drainage, gas and sanitary systems.
• Interpret and work from construction drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues in plumbing systems.
• Cut, assemble and install pipes and fittings using hand and power tools.
• Ensure plumbing systems meet local and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades (eg, HVAC, electrical, civil) to complete M&E works on time.
• Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot system issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and inspections passed.
