The Role:

• Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to client's requirement
• Identifying and generating potential job seekers and profiles' database
• Proactively source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Negotiate offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and check incoming/outgoing goods against physical and system records
• Process inbound, outbound, and stock transfers in Inventory System
• Retrieve pick lists and delivery orders for daily operations
• Maintain accurate stock records, stock cards, and logbooks
• Monitor and manage consignment, returns, and event stocks
• Ensure stock accuracy between physical counts and system records
• Coordinate order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Support ad-hoc same-day deliveries and pick-ups when required
• Assist in periodic and annual stock counts
• Report any missing or damaged items to supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse / logistics experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse processes
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties
