• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
  Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).

• Quality Control: Make sure the construction work meets the required standards and specifications.

· Tertiary education in Quantity Surveying, or related field.

· At least experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the building/ construction industry.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in cost estimation.

· Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, cost benchmarks, and best practices.

· Those with good knowledge of procurement practices and controls will have an added advantage

Home Automation Engineering (Main):

- Design, Develop & Programming of smart home system include, Lightings, Curtains, ACMV, Security.

- Conduct Site Assessments and communicate with Clients to determine their requirements and customised cmart home systems.

- Assist sales during meetings and presentations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve techinical issues.

- Familar with KNX Dali & Zigbee, Wifi System
