Job Scopes:

• Oversee all aspects of architectural coordination, installation works, and site execution for construction projects.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry.
• Experience in PUB projects or government projects will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with architectural coordination, shop drawing submissions, and site execution processes.
• Knowledge of local authority requirements, construction standards, and site coordination practices in Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other construction-related software.

Job Scopes:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models within the project.
• Prepare and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) that outlines the BIM goals, processes, and responsibilities for the project.
• Align BIM implementation with the project's overall strategic objectives, ensuring that BIM supports the project's goals and enhances efficiency
• To Facilitate collaboration among various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure integrated and coordinated design and construction models.

• Formally trained in specialist diploma in BIM, preferably with at least 4 years of experience in services coordination using BIM or BIM Management and/or modelling experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project. As a minimum, completed one full project cycle from design to as-built stage

Job Summary

Support workplace safety by assisting the WSHO with site inspections, training, biometric registration, and safety monitoring to maintain a secure work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate workplace hazards in collaboration with the WSHO
• Deliver in-house safety trainings to educate employees on safe work practices and compliance
• Manage biometric registration processes to ensure accurate workforce attendance and access control
• Monitor VSS (Vehicle Safety System) and VA (Visual Assessment) to uphold safety standards on site
