Support the Sales Team in preparing tender documents to meet requirements and enhance tender success.
Assist with new sales order creation, including quotations and opening Sales Orders; follow up on expiring contracts and process termination requests as needed.
Provide administrative support for sales commission-related tasks.
Generate sales reports from SAP and CRM systems to provide visibility on sales revenue.
Manage and coordinate the Sales Team’s calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts.
Oversee pre-event and post-event logistics, including arranging F&B, to ensure successful client visits and internal meetings.
Coordinate business travel arrangements, such as overseas seminars, when required.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Skills & Experience
Minimum “O”/“A” Level or Diploma qualification.
At least 1 year of experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams for calendar management.
Detail-oriented, task-focused, and a collaborative team player.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP and CRM software is an advantage.
