Job Summary

You will manage daily e-commerce orders, maintain product listings and inventory, support customer inquiries, coordinate marketing updates, and analyze sales data to improve platform performance.

Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and fulfill daily e-commerce orders accurately to ensure timely delivery
• Update product listings and manage stock levels to maintain accurate inventory records
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage backend operations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and company websites to maintain smooth platform functionality
• Coordinate with marketing teams to update promotions, product discounts, and marketing materials for campaigns
• Analyze sales reports and website traffic data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or business administration to support operational tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, to manage data and reporting efficiently
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms to navigate and maintain online sales channels
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with internal teams and customers

An e-commerce delivery driver in Singapore is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering parcels to residential or commercial locations, with a focus on timely service. They typically manage routes using a company-provided van or personal vehicle, update delivery statuses, and ensure proper proof-of-delivery (POD). 

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and Delivery: Loading/unloading parcels from warehouses to vehicles and delivering them, often needing to handle bulky items.
• Navigation and Routing: Planning routes and adhering to schedules to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Customer Service: Providing polite service to recipients and managing inquiries, especially in e-commerce and grocery deliveries.
• Tech Utilization: Using company apps to scan parcels, update delivery status, and capture Proof-of-Delivery (POD).
• Vehicle Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance checks on the van. 

Requirements

• License: Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license.
• Experience: Previous delivery experience is often preferred but not always required.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, load, and deliver packages.
• Language: Basic English literacy to communicate with customers and supervisors.
• Equipment: Smartphone (Android 6.0/iOS 14 and above).

Responsibilities

• Select products from storage and pack them accurately for shipping to fulfill customer orders on time
• Process customer orders efficiently to meet shipment deadlines
• Count, label, and organize stock to maintain accurate inventory records
• Inspect items for accuracy and damages to ensure quality control before shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace to support operational efficiency
• Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and order status
• Operate inventory management software (e.g., BigSeller) to update stock information

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate physical stamina by standing for long periods, walking, and lifting items safely
• Show basic computer proficiency, including working knowledge of spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
• Operate pallet-jack and forklift machinery (considered a plus)
