You will:

• Support within the Operations Team, with the acquisition and authentication of luxury goods, operational and
  administrative duties.
• Conduct market research on Head luxury products and provide pricing guidance for acquisition.
• Manage end-to-end verification and authentication process
• Meet up with sellers to do final authentication
• Carry out negotiations with sellers for inventory acquisition
• Carry out quality control and checks for incoming inventories
• Conduct research on new model releases to help build knowledge bank
• Conduct regular product trainings to ensure team is knowledgeable to identify key counterfeit features
• Maintain proper documentation of QC and authentication assessment notes
• Assist with ad-hoc projects within the Operations Team
• Work closely with cross-functional partners, including Logistics and Warehouse OperationsTeams

You have:

• At least 5 years of experience handling and authenticating luxury goods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced start-up environment and to process new information on the go
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and process driven
• Highly organised
• Have a positive can-do attitude and good problem-solving skills
• Good team player with initiative, but also able to work independently

Job Description

About the role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Content Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating promotional content, creating brand awareness, growing the page and increasing engagement.

You will:

• Produce branded content for Carousell Luxury’s various channels for marketing purposes in required formats, mainly for our Xiao Hong Shu and other marketing channels
• Brainstorm and conceptualise ideas together with the Luxury marketing team:
  Strategise and plan content calendar
  For videos, you will conceptualise and execute your ideas
  For static content, you will conceptualise ideas and execute visual assets
• Collaborate with Luxury marketing team to optimise and improve content to hit KPIs
• Post content on our social platforms on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Interest and passion for the luxury industry
• Personality that likes to engage people and loves meeting new people
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, mobile editing softwares like CapCut
• Experience in videography, photography and scriptwriting
• Good understanding of all social media platforms.
• A strong pulse of cultural conversations and understanding of trends
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure, stay level-headed, the willingness to learn, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
