Role Summary

To deliver exceptional technical service, maintenance, and support for CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) and WDS (Water Detection System) infrastructure in data center environments. Ensure system reliability, client satisfaction, and strict adherence to safety and procedural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Service & Maintenance:

• Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems.
• Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls).

Client Support & Training:

• Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
• Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers.
• Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions.
• Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records.

Site & Contractor Management:

• Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety/operational procedures.
• Review site "Events and Actions," implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Plan, execute, and update daily work schedules.

Safety & Compliance:

• Strictly follow data center safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Ensure all work activities comply with occupational safety guidelines.
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering (ACMV/DX systems preferred).
• Fresh polytechnic graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in electrical/mechanical systems troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of CRAC, WDS, or related critical infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (written/verbal).
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Team player with a positive, motivated, and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to perform standby duties as required by operational needs.
• Able to perform manual tasks in data center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Operations Support

• Provide administrative and coordination support daily operation needs
• Assist in scheduling, tracking, and follow‑up of operational tasks and deliverables
• Maintain accurate records of operational data, reports, and documentation
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with internal procedures

2) Contract Team Support

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and managing contracts, agreements, and related documentation
• Coordinate with Service and Maintenance teams to ensure proper delivery of services as per contract
• Coordinate contract flow including submission, endorsement, approval, and execution
• Track contract status and renewal dates, highlighting key deadlines to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain a centralized contract filing system (physical and/or digital)

3) Sales Administration Support

• Update contract sales and customer records in internal systems
• Prepare basic contract sales and operations summary reports as required

4) Cross‑Team Coordination

• Act as a liaison between Contract, Sales Admin, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Follow up on outstanding issues, documents, or requirements across teams.
• Support internal meetings, including preparation of documents and meeting minutes.

5) General Administration

• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document control, and correspondence.
• Support audits (internal or external) by organizing relevant documentation.
• Support inventory management of the company Sales and Maintenance stocks.
• Undertake ad‑hoc tasks, like trade show, as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• O-Level / ITE education in any discipline (Preferably engineering related).
• 1–3 years of administrative support experience (SME experience preferred).
• Exposure to contract administration or operations coordination is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
• Proactive and responsible with a positive working attitude.
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced SME setting.
• Willing to learn and support across different functions.

• Work Location: East of Singapore
• Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
