Job Summary

We seek a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive or Manager to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and coordinate projects in the construction industry. The role supports business development through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support daily sales and marketing activities to advance business development goals
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets and expand market presence
• Identify and establish relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers to grow client base
• Generate new leads and pursue sales opportunities through targeted outreach
• Engage customers via emails, calls, and meetings to follow up on enquiries, quotations, and projects
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation to support customer decision-making
• Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and related documentation for effective tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, delivery schedules, and technical specifications to ensure project success
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to inform sales and marketing strategies
• Plan and execute marketing activities, both online and offline, to promote products and enhance brand visibility
• Prepare reports and administrative documents related to sales and marketing activities for management review

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the construction or building materials industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence and close deals
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Manager role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive or Manager to support our Business Development team in driving sales, marketing, and customer engagement. The level of the role (Executive or Manager) will depend on the candidate’s experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating projects, and has exposure to the interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support daily sales and marketing activities for the business development team
• Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives, including preparation of sales and promotional materials
• Engage clients through emails, calls, and meetings; follow up on enquiries, proposals, and projects
• Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and related documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams on design concepts, project timelines, costing, and specifications
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and administrative documents related to sales and marketing activities
• Provide input on design concepts and collaborate with clients and designers on project requirements

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in interior design / renovation / construction industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Manager role
