Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Role to support our Business Development Manager in sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys coordination, follow-ups, and building customer relationships in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Business Development Manager in daily sales and marketing activities.
Support marketing initiatives, including preparation of sales materials and coordination of marketing activities.
Engage customers through emails, calls, and meetings; follow up on enquiries and quotations.
Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, delivery schedules, and technical information.
Prepare basic reports, proposals, and administrative documents related to sales activities.
Handle general administrative duties related to sales and customer management.
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (construction industry is an advantage).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and grow in business development and sales.
