Junior HR Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on work pass applications and worker administration. This role is suitable for candidates who are organised, detail-oriented, and keen to learn HR processes in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, EP)
• Liaise with employees and relevant authorities on work pass matters
• Monitor and maintain staff leave records and attendance
• Update and maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare basic HR letters and documents
• Handle general HR administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• No experience required; training will be provided
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented and able to handle documentation accurately
• Good communication and organisational skills

Job Summary

Buildo Engineering PTE LTD seeks a responsible Admin Assistant to support procurement operations by managing supplier communications, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and procurement records to ensure efficient department functioning.

Responsibilities

• Source and communicate with suppliers and vendors to support procurement needs
• Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and invoices accurately to facilitate purchasing
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on orders to ensure timely receipt of goods
• Maintain organized procurement documentation and filing systems for easy retrieval
• Support inventory tracking and coordinate with the operations team to align stock levels
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned to support department efficiency
• Communicate clearly with team members and external contacts to ensure smooth workflows
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage procurement data and documentation effectively
• Work independently and collaboratively within the team to achieve department goals
