We are seeking a BIM Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models for our construction projects, ensuring accuracy in technical drawings, and collaborating with project teams to enhance efficiency and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for various projects in accordance with industry standards.
• Create and update technical drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

• Ensure BIM models are compliant with project requirements and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations.
• Assist in clash detection and resolving design conflicts using BIM software.

This role will act as a keysupport to the Project Managers and Site Team in ensuring proper coordinationwith RTOs, Site Managers, Main Contractors, and Sub-contractors, whilemaintaining quality, compliance, and smooth progress of works. The role willalso support the preparation and coordination of documents required for varioussubmissions.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in the coordination andsupervision of ALC panel installation works, including joint treatment andrelated finishing works

·        Review drawings,specifications, and method statements before site execution

·        Coordinate Site installationtraining, QAQC checks on different sites.

·        Liaise closely with RTOs, SiteManagers, Project Managers, Main Contractors, and Sub-contractors

·        Monitor work progress,workmanship quality, and compliance with project specifications

·        Coordinate material delivery,manpower, work sequence, and site readiness

·        Attend and support siteinspections, ensuring readiness for consultant and RTO inspection
