JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and follow-up on customers’ P/O until it is completed
• Issue P/O and follow-up for delivery confirmation

• Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure delivery commitments to customers are fulfilled
• Able to communicate well with customers directly by answering phone calls and emails
• Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries and feedback on orders, as well as about the goods our organisation provides

WORKING HOURS

- 8:00AM - 6:00PM

- Monday to Friday

Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team, facilitating the smooth execution of marketing strategies. 

Proactively identify and pursue potential clients by prospecting, with a focus on expanding our client base. 

Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and various marketing activities.  

Lead our digital marketing efforts by managing social media, e-commerce activities, and leveraging digital marketing tools to target B2B customers and generate leads.  

Keep informed of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support strategic decision-making. 

Develop sales strategies alongside the Sales Team, focusing on market trends analysis and innovative approaches to enhance sales performance.  

Engage directly with architects and contractors through site visits and meetings to cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships, supporting business growth and project follow-ups

Working Hour: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities 

• Proactively identify and secure new project opportunities and customers.

• Answer customers’ enquiries on product specification, product usage, prices, and/or stock availability.

• Analyze architectural drawings or client requirements to propose suitable materials and quotations.

• Maintain long term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements.

• Manage timely payment collections for all active clients.

• Provide technical assistance on/off-site and product education to both internal team and clients.

• Keep updated with the market such as new projects, competitors’ information, etc.

• Understanding the local standards and requirements for building materials.

Training will be provided.

Requirements
Basic Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 5,000 + Commission
Transport Claim: Up to SGD 500

Job Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and follow up from order receipt through to successful delivery.

• Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, warehouse team, and drivers to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.

• Plan and schedule deliveries efficiently, ensuring delivery commitments are met.

• Liaise closely with the Warehouse Manager on stock availability, picking schedules, loading arrangements, and delivery planning.

• Monitor order status and proactively update customers on delivery schedules, delays, or changes.

• Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation.

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

• Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers when required to support operational requirements.

• Verify delivery documents, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy and proper record keeping.

• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, deliveries, invoices, and inventory transactions in the system.

• Assist in monitoring inventory movement and coordinate replenishment requirements with the warehouse team.

• Handle administrative duties including data entry, filing, document control, and report preparation.

• Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and quality standards.

• Support month-end closing activities relating to sales and delivery documentation.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Relevant experience in Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or Construction Materials Industry preferred.

• Familiarity with drywall, ceiling, partition, or construction materials will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Language Requirements

• English (spoken and written)

• Mandarin (spoken and written) – to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle full sets of accounts (Excluding AR)

- Prepare and submit GST return quarterly

- Prepare monthly/ quarterly financial reports and accounts schedules

- Maintaining accurate journal entries and monthly reconciliation

- Liaise with external auditors to coordinate the company’s financial year end audit

- Process staff reimbursements

- Maintain good documentation and filing system

- Liaise with bankers when necessary

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words

Additional Information:
