Finance Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Finance Executive to support the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Process supplier payments and customer collections.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare schedules for audit, tax, and statutory reporting.
- Assist with GST submissions and annual corporate tax matters.
- Monitor cash flow and perform account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Administrative & System Support
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.
- Maintain proper filing and document control.
- Support EPOS system administration, including product setup, price updates, promotions, sales reports, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with retail operations and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock records.
- Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge of full set accounting, Singapore GST requirements, and AIS submission.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, Xero).
- Knowledge of EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems, including sales transactions, product setup, inventory management, and reporting, will be an advantage.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
