We are seeking an experienced CS Operation Manager to lead our team of AI bot operations specialists. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire AI bot operation life cycle including implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Candidates must have strong management skills, data analysis and machine learning experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire AI bot operation life cycle from planning, implementation, and maintenance to troubleshooting.

• Develop strategies for AI bot enhancement and performance improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain processes for AI bot deployment, testing, and evaluation.

• Manage the optimization and integration of bots into systems, databases, and applications.

• Analyze customer feedback and machine learning data to improve bot performance.

• Ensure that bots are monitored to detect anomalies, bugs, and malfunctions, and troubleshoot accordingly.

• Provide technical/process/product solutions and support for complex IT problems related to bot operation.

• Create and maintain documentation for AI bot procedures, technical specifications, and user manuals.

• Lead and manage a team of AI bot operation specialists.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.

• Proven experience in managing AI bot operations and deployment for enterprise-scale businesses.

• Strong management skills and data analysis and machine learning experience.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in managing a team of AI bot operation specialists.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for global products using Java.
• Build a high-performance, highly available, and secure backend system to provide robust support for BigPay Fiat business operations.
• Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of service, from inception and design, through to deployment, operation, and refinement.
• Develop and maintain tools, re-designing capacity planning infrastructure for greater scalability.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, fixing software issues, and ensuring data security, and end-to-end system architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java and backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, RESTful APIs)
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and microservices architecture
• In-depth understanding of Linux and computer networks.
• Experience in profiling, benchmarking and optimizing ML applications
• Middleware:
• Java code development experience, preferably Apache open source project developers
• Experience in high availability, high performance, and resource optimization.

Requirements:

• Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define data requirements and support campaign planning.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
• Use data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.
• Operations, strategies, and specific KOL traffic analysis, performance analysis (registration conversion), etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.
• Experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Independently own the product strategy and execution for products related to KYB and other compliance-related projects end to end
• Collaborate with global KYB vendors to build the state-of-the-art KYB and verification platform using cutting-edge technology
• Work closely with compliance and operational teams to enable superior KYB onboarding experiences for our corporate users
• Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a high quality product is built
• Prioritize feedback from users/internal stakeholders (e.g. compliance, legal, operation, data etc.), make difficult trade-offs, and drive the product roadmap
• Define and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
• AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and deploy scalable AI models streamline KYB process

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts

Responsibilities

• Design and manage search recommendation services and models to support the content team, empowering content ecosystem development.
• Utilize machine learning-based personalization methods, design patterns, and tools to enhance content matching and distribution efficiency.
• Deep understanding of recommendation systems within the content domain, leveraging business knowledge to drive AI product upgrades and improve content experience and business outcomes.
• Lead the development of core content recommendation modules using data-driven strategies to maximize content value and user impact.
• Collaborate with content, business, and product management teams to identify needs and opportunities within content scenarios, and jointly define success metrics.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience (experience in the content domain is preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience in large-scale application development, preferably in content-related user-facing applications.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with global content teams.
• Publication record at top-tier conferences or journals is a plus.
