Job Summary
You will manage online and offline administrative and listing tasks, ensuring accurate product listings, timely order processing, and professional customer communication to support smooth retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and print invoices and delivery orders to support order fulfillment
- Create, upload, and format product listings with precise titles, descriptions, and specifications to enhance online presence
- Resize, edit, and upload images and videos following platform guidelines to maintain listing quality
- Set and update pricing, inventory levels, shipping details, and product variations such as size and color to ensure accurate sales information
- Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, messages, and comments to maintain customer satisfaction
- Process orders, track shipments, and update delivery statuses to ensure timely fulfillment
- Handle returns, refunds, and disputes in accordance with company policies to resolve customer issues effectively
- Pick and pack online orders accurately to prepare for shipment
- Use basic Excel or Google Sheets to organize and track data efficiently
- Apply skills in Illustrator and Photoshop software to support image editing tasks
- Operate at least one e-commerce or classifieds platform to manage listings and sales
- Maintain a process-driven, organized approach to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
Prefer with online listing experience
Work schedule: 6 days per week
