Job Description:

AP - Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on on accounts payable transactions processing.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of invoices/claim processing.

• Liaise with suppliers and business divisions on any discrepancies in invoices and other supporting documents.

• Work as a team within the department to ensure all documents are properly collated for timely submission.

• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.

Prepare intercompany schedule and GST reports for submission


AR - Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes

• Perform posting and matching of receipts and collections

• Assist in monitoring and following up on outstanding receivables

• Support month-end closing activities and AR schedules

• Perform AR reconciliation and clearing of outstanding items

• Liaise with internal stakeholders on AR-related matters

• Support audit and internal control requirements

• Assist in general AR administration and documentation

Support AR process improvement and clean-up activities when required


Requirements

• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in related fields.
• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in handling transactions and/or accounts of F&B industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in SAP would be an advantage.
• Positive working attitude, meticulous with accuracy & efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Brand & Marketing team in new store openings, new product launches and marketing-related events and activities.

• Assist in preparation of outlets' collateral requirements and dissemination.

• Copywriting and vetting for communication materials, online channel management and website updates.

• Work with appointed agencies and assist Senior Executive to manage the brand's social media platforms.

• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments, liaison with mall A&P teams on ad spaces and mall campaigns.

• Support the Senior Executive in various administrative matters such as raising of internal forms and memo generation.

• Preparation of post-campaign reports.

• Assist in marketing research and any other ad-hoc tasks if required.

Requirements

Role Objective

 To plan, create, and execute engaging social media content that builds brand awareness, supports marketing campaigns, and drives customer engagement. This role includes hands-on photography, basic video content, and regular posting across key social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

 Social Media & Content

·        Plan and manage daily content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

·        Create engaging posts, captions, stories, and short-form content aligned with brand tone

·        Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar

·        Monitor comments, messages, and basic community engagement

·        Track content performance and prepare simple monthly reports

 Photography & Visual Content

·        Take food, beverage, outlet, and lifestyle photos for social media use

·        Conduct simple on-site photo shoots at outlets or brand events

·        Perform basic photo editing (lighting, colour correction, cropping)

·        Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and visual standards

 Campaign & Team Support

·        Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Outlet teams

·        Support promotions, new product launches, and brand campaigns

·        Assist with short video content (Reels, TikTok, simple edits) when required

Job Requirements :

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Application Manager to oversee BreadTalk Group’s Loyalty app ecosystem, data synchronization and customer engagement infrastructure. This role involves leading application development, implementation, integration, enhancement, and support activities, while managing internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute application roadmaps aligned with business needs and digital transformation goals.

• Lead end-to-end App Roadmaps including requirements gathering, UI/UX design, App development, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of developments.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as IT and Business units to understand their needs and translate them into viable, scalable technical solutions for smoother work processes.

• Oversee change request, bugs fixes, and deployment timeline to minimize any potential disruption to the business operation.

• Drive continuous improvement plans by evaluating user feedback, analyzing market trends, and implementing enhancements to improve application usability and performance.

• Ensure application complies to all regulatory policies and data protection measures.

• Maintain technical documentation and system records, supporting internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years managing loyalty platforms or CRM applications in a digitally driven, multi-brand environment.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and DevOps practices.

• Deep experience with rewards ecosystems, voucher management, campaign mechanics, and loyalty app UX flows.

• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3) and data environments supporting app or CRM delivery.

• Working knowledge of ETL pipelines, analytics dashboards, and data schema design to support campaign KPIs.

• Experienced with regulatory compliance frameworks and pre-launch stability testing.

• Adept at communicating with cross-functional stakeholders across IT and external vendors.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and payroll operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local legislations and internal policies

• Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, collaborating closely with vendors and HR Business Partners (HRBPs). 

• Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS Claims and Government-Paid leaves (i.e. Maternity, Shared Parental, Childcare leaves)

• Strategic Recommendations:

  • Work closely with the brand and management teams to deliver strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Assist in determining the right strategic moves for various brands within the BreadTalk Group, based on insights gained from data.

• Data Extraction & Reporting:

  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources and systems, ensuring data integrity.

  • Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, addressing data discrepancies and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure alignment of data insights with business needs.

  • Assist teams in improving business processes through data-driven decision-making.

• Customer Service Analytics:

  • Analyze customer service data to identify areas for improvement, enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience: Candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably in retail, F&B, or a similar industry.
