Responsibilities

• Apply marine industry experience to manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory control, production scheduling, sales coordination, and sourcing strategies
• Enforce health and safety guidelines by monitoring compliance and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment
• Oversee manufacturing processes to maintain consistent high-quality product standards and resolve production issues promptly
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms that support business profitability
• Implement customer service improvements by analyzing feedback and coordinating with teams to enhance service quality and satisfaction

Job Summary

Support the external sales team by managing sales communications, preparing sales and shipping documents, maintaining inventory, and coordinating delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and enquiries to support sales activities and customer needs
• Prepare accurate sales order documentation, including quotations, delivery orders (DO), and invoices to facilitate smooth sales processing
• Generate and organize shipping documents to ensure compliance and timely dispatch of goods
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support sales and delivery requirements
• Coordinate delivery schedules and submit orders to the warehouse promptly to guarantee on-time delivery
• Prepare and apply labels for outgoing goods to ensure correct product identification and shipment accuracy
