Prepare and maintain QA inspection reports
Conduct First Article inspections (FAI) on samples and documentation
Perform inspections accordance to product specification
Ensure products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements and company specifications
Support ISO and Quality Certifications
Verify Non-Conforming Goods
Collaborate with engineering team to resolve quality problems
Participate in Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective/ preventive actions (CAPA)
Create Work Instructions (WI) and Control plans
Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) Meetings (as required)
Assist in Disposition activities
Maintain Quality documentations (DMRs, FAIRs, IOIRs, COCs and Customer Drawings)
Ensure Calibration and Maintenance of Equipment
Report and Coordinate Equipment Repairs
Support additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in QA, QC or SQE environments. Fresh diploma graduates may be considered.
Prior experience in quality operations, including measurements and inspection processes is advantageous
Familiar with sampling plans and quality inspection procedures
Proficient in using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Pin Gauges and Height Gauges
Able to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings accurately
Competent in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel etc).
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is advantageous
Willingness to learn and adapt to software platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and iGrafx
Team player with good communication and collaboration skills

Good communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
