Duties and responsibilities

Providing first-level helpdesk and end-user support.

Requirements

·               Experience in installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of servers, PCs, OS, software and other related peripherals.

·               Required technical troubleshooting skills for Windows 10, 11.

·               Basic networking protocol (DNS, DHCP, VLAN) with advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting.

·               Support for handheld smartphones and tablets.

·               Monitor and ensures compliance with company’s IT Security policies.

·               Patch management.

·               Able to work independently and carry out day-to-day IT support with good analytical problem-solving, time management and decision making skills.

·               Willingness to take ownership of task and express interests in learning new technologies and systems.

·               Basic knowledge of cybersecurity will be an added advantage.

Description

Responsible to deliver goods to customer premises in a safe and timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To ensure that the condition of the vehicle is acceptable for pickup of containers collected /delivered.
• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations.
• To adhere and to comply with all Singapore ports rules and regulations.
• Familiarization of PSA port procedures with Singapore routes.
• Ensure the trailers is in good condition prior to mounting the containers.
• Conduct pre-operational check on the prime mover and chassis before executing the job
• Transport container and goods according to the assigned schedule
• Ensure containers are collected in good conditions.
• Truck container from PSA to customer and vice versa.
• Carry out daily checks to ensure vehicle’s road worthiness before use & maintain vehicle and report any faults immediately to Planner for rectification.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Planners.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Possess at least Primary/Secondary School.
• 2-3 years of career experience in transportation business.

Skills Competencies

• Minimum Class 4 / 5 driving license.
• Familiar with Singapore routes.
• Capable to work independently.
• Willing to take responsibility and accountability of their roles.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in PSA, Jurong Port and Keppel Distripark.
• Good driving records.

Job Purpose

To perform and provide support to transport team and to the Head of the Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for updating new and existing job tasks in the fleet management system based on customers delivery requests/ exceptions
• Manage stakeholders’ queries (e.g. Drivers, Customers, Ops, Sales, etc)

• Plan and optimize transportation routes for fleet operations using the TMS, considering traffic conditions, vehicle capacity, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor real-time fleet updates and proactively adjust route plans to minimize delays, optimize fuel efficiency, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Receive transportation requests and dispatch prime mover drivers to assigned pick-up and delivery locations using the TMS.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to prioritize and schedule transportation activities based on urgency and demand.
• Generate and analyse performance reports from the TMS to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, fleet & asset utilization, and driver productivity. Extract data from TMS system to identify lost capacity/efficiency of delivery fleet.
• Serve as the primary user and administrator of the TMS for managing fleet operations.
• Monitor vehicle performance metrics to identify opportunities for fleet optimization and cost reduction.
• Manage and verify key information of drivers’ trips, reimbursements, licences and statuses via the TMS.
• Process and handle documents through PSA Portnet System.
• Ensure all drivers are aware of specific customer requirements.
• Oversee Portnet processed containers.
• Ensuring fully compliance for workplace safety & heath requirements in accordance with MOM / WSH mandatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with PSA procedures, Jurong Port operations, Portnet System, and JP Online is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of direct loading and direct delivery operations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and routes.

• Collection of new worker’ credentials and arrangements for the provision of Personal Protective Equipment and the conduct of safety inductions by a Safety Coordinator.
