Job Summary

The General Manager will lead daily operations, drive business growth, and enhance organisational effectiveness by aligning teams, improving processes, and executing strategic initiatives to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning across departments
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue growth and organisational goals
• Lead and align Operations, Sales, Academic, and Customer Service teams to foster collaboration and performance
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive team accountability and performance management
• Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control to support profitability
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support business expansion and launch new initiatives
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, systems, and workflows for organisational consistency

Join Blue3 Academy as a Secondary Math Teacher to deliver engaging lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus, support student progress, and contribute to a positive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Secondary Mathematics lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus to enhance student understanding and academic performance
• Provide individualized support to students to address learning gaps and strengthen math skills
• Monitor and track student progress regularly and communicate feedback effectively to parents
• Develop and refine teaching materials, worksheets, and lesson plans to meet diverse student needs
• Create and maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning
• Participate actively in trainings, meetings, and team development sessions to improve teaching effectiveness
• Support centre initiatives including academic programs and marketing activities to contribute to centre growth
• Manage classroom dynamics and student behavior to ensure a productive learning atmosphere
• Travel to the East region as required and work at least one weekend per week to meet operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Mathematics or a related field
• Strong understanding of the Singapore Secondary Mathematics syllabus, including O-Level content
• Educated within the Singapore education system

• Willingness to travel to the East region

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive Primary Mathematics curriculum materials aligned with the MOE syllabus
• Create lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching resources

• Review and refine existing materials to improve clarity, structure, and effectiveness
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure consistency and quality across programmes

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Strong and in-depth knowledge of the Singapore Primary Mathematics syllabus
• Solid understanding of concept-based pedagogy and heuristics problem-solving approaches
• Preferably at least 4 years of classroom teaching experience
• Preferably at least 2 years of teaching experience within MOE
