Job Summary

Coordinate procurement and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain compliance with company policies, supporting project and supplier management activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day procurement activities including issuing RFQs and purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely supplier engagement
• Manage lead times and resolve supplier issues to maintain uninterrupted project supply chains
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, documentation, and certifications to support audit and compliance requirements
• Monitor delivery timelines and follow up on shipments to ensure goods arrive as scheduled
• Expedite orders proactively to prevent delays and support project deadlines
• Plan and coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate efficient collection and delivery of materials
• Liaise with suppliers to manage claims and resolve product issues effectively
• Collaborate with finance teams to facilitate timely payment processing for suppliers
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures to uphold standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by immediate superior to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination role involving procurement or supply chain functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Job Summary

Perform installation, maintenance, testing, and servicing of valve remote control, tank gauging, hydraulic deck machinery, and related electrical and instrumentation systems for marine and offshore applications, including onboard ship and overseas service assignments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, upgrade, inspect, test, and repair valve remote control and tank gauging systems to ensure operational reliability
• Conduct testing and commissioning of hydraulic deck machinery following company policies and procedures
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, P&ID, and hydraulic circuit diagrams to diagnose and resolve system issues
• Troubleshoot and service hydraulic power units, electrical motor starter panels, solenoid controls, instrumentation, and automation controls
• Apply knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric actuator functions and principles to support system maintenance and troubleshooting
• Perform basic PLC programming tasks including upload, download, and operation of SCADA/HMI systems to support automation controls
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to complete maintenance and service tasks effectively
• Travel onboard ships at shipyards, anchorages, or offshore locations as required for system servicing and commissioning
• Travel overseas to perform service jobs when necessary, ensuring timely and effective support to clients

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Marine, Offshore, Instrumentation & Control, or Hydraulic fields
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and P&ID/hydraulic circuits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and clients
• Self-starter with innovative thinking and resourceful problem-solving skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric actuator functions and principles
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic power units and electrical motor starter panels
• Familiarity with solenoid control, instrumentation, and automation control troubleshooting
• Basic skills in PLC programming, SCADA, and HMI systems

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement QA plan, review, and revision for company level.

• Report on quality related matters to the QA/QC Manager and/orimmediate superior, including preparation of monthly summary Tocreate, prepare and implement the QA/QC plan and any associatedand relevant directives and instructions needed to support Todevelop and manage the quality control and quality assuranceprocedures and ensure compliance.

• To prepare Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Inspection ReportsMaintain the ISO and related certifications for company level.

• To perform needed tests on site to ensure works are doneaccording to the contract specifications. Preparation of documentsubmissions for client approval.

• Attend meetings and liaise with the client to ensure that qualityrequirements are being followed at all times.

• Maintain document record master list pertaining to equipmentand monitor on the calibration status. Coordinate and makearrangements for equipment calibration when due.

• Compile and receive relevant material certificates and otherrequired certificates and test report from vendors/suppliers.Coordinate with relevant testing laboratories for testing andwitnessing.

• Compile and maintain quality records e.g. Request for Inspection(RFI) and verify as necessary. Coordinate on-site quality assuranceand control activities.

• To conduct independent Quality Assurance check on and off site.

• Report non-conformities to the QA/QC Manager and/or ProjectManager, perform analysis, identify root cause and proposecorrective actions.

• Maintain and control QA/QC practices on daily basis with regularchecks and inspections ensuring correct operation andimplementation of procedures.

• Advise and assist the project team members on QA/QC matters.Assist in the development of internal QA/QC checklists.

• Implement and enforce Quality Control Plan.

• Verification and checks on raw/incoming materials and/or FG.Documents for non-conforming works and corrective action.

• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from workplace orwork processes, minimize environmental impact associated withthe manufacturing / assembly activities.

• Perform other duties as and when assigned/instructed byimmediate superior or higher management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical orMarine Engineering Discipline Minimum 1-2 years of experience inMarine, Oil & Gas Industry

• Welding Certificate

• Good understanding of Marine/Offshore industry practices andstandards.

• Know-how in one or more of these areas GD&T, NDT, welding,steel fabrication, material casting, and machining technology willbe preferred.

• Familiar with ISO 9001 requirements & different marineclassification societies' standards and requirements will be anadded good knowledge of QMS and ability to implement, conductchecks and audit and upkeeping of documents etc.
