Responsibilities
- To handle full set of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AR, AP, Balance sheet, P&L for monthly and yearly reporting independently
- Reconcile monthly bank statement
- Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation for submission
- Perform monthly accounts payable function in preparation of payments to vendors
- Liaising with external accountants for preparation of Annual Report and Audit
- Handle HR matters, payroll, IR8A, CPF submission, work pass matters and etc
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification with minimum of 2 years of experience in financial & human resource.
- Proficient in Quickbook, MS Excel and MS Word
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and with a strong sense of accountability, excellent organizational and time-management skills
