Job Summary
You will supervise daily support operations, leading a team of technicians and workers to plan and execute efficient administrative procedures that enable smooth business functions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to maximize team productivity
- Facilitate smooth and timely flow of information within the company to support business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor office supply inventory and manage purchasing within budgetary limits
- Track costs and expenses to support accurate budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and coordinate tradespersons to maintain workplace functionality
- Organize and supervise office activities such as recycling, renovations, and event planning to support company initiatives
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations
- Stay informed of organizational changes and business developments to adapt support operations accordingly
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the director
