Job Descriptions

• Assist in creating and processing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices
• Maintain the Purchase Requisition (PR)/Purchase Order (PO) register in Excel
• Perform monthly stock take and maintain accurate stock level records
• Manage accounts receivable functions, including monitorcustomer outstanding payment, record and issue official receipt for all receipts, and update debtor aging report monthly
• Support accounts payable processes including record and process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Process and review staff claims for reimbursement
• Prepare and compile sales reports for all relevant departments
• Issue daily sales invoices and Delivery Orders (DOs)
• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP and GL
• Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
• Support month-end and year-end closing process
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Experience in a computerized (Autocount) accounting environment is preferred otherwise training is provided
• Good communication skills and being a team player
• Good working attitude and willingness to learn
• Meticulous, reliable, and independent
• Must be able to converse in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking associates)
• Ability to deliver under tight schedules
• Experience in handling full set accounts including AR, AP and GL

Job Description

• Enter invoices, receipts, and financial transactions into accounting software
• Update daily sales spreadsheets
• Organize and file financial documents (digital and physical)
• Verify data accuracy and completeness
• Generate sales invoices
• Record incoming payments and match with invoice amount
• Generate AR aging reports
• Prepare payment voucher
• Maintain proper filing
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Other Finance duties

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with Autocount accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Accounting/Finance student, or relevant accounting experience
• Prior AP/AR experience preferred

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
(9am - 1pm OR 1:30pm - 5:30pm)

• Educate customers on product benefits, application methods, and expected results
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits when necessary

4. Marketing & Promotion Support

• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
• Work with influencers, live sellers, and digital platforms where required
• Gather and report market feedback and competitor insights

5. Sales Operations

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for order fulfilment
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery

6. Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends
• Identify new opportunities and recommend product improvement

7. Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales revenue and target achievement
• Customer acquisition and retention
• Market expansion
• Product sell-through performance

Job requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven B2B or channel sales experience. Experience in horticulture, landscaping.
• A fast learner who can stay updated on a growing list of diverse products and technical specifications.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin; ability to speak additional languages/dialects is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for field visits and client meetings.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
