Job Summary

Able Best Employment Agency is looking for a proactive and positive Sales Consultant to assist customers in finding suitable domestic helpers while delivering excellent customer service throughout the placement process.

Whether you have previous maid agency experience or come from a customer service or sales background, training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, online platforms, social media and referrals

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic helpers

• Arrange interviews between employers and helpers

• Follow up with customers throughout the selection and placement process

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth processing and deployment

• Achieve individual sales and service targets

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, insurance, telemarketing or sales experience will be an advantage

• Maid agency experience is a bonus but not required

• CEI certification is preferred but not mandatory

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, responsive and customer-oriented

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Other Information

Basic Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 (depending on experience)

Attractive tiered commission package per successful placement, potential earnings of $3,000-$6,000 depending on performance

Training and mentorship provided

5.5 day work week with alternate week off-days

Job Summary

Able Best Employment Agency seeks a proactive, self-driven and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to independently manage customer relationships, close placements, drive business growth and contribute to the development of junior team members through knowledge sharing, guidance and leadership by example.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, online platforms, social media and referrals to build genuine and trust-based relationships
• Assess customer needs accurately and recommend suitable domestic helpers confidently
• Conduct interviews with customers and helpers, manage expectations clearly and close placements independently to ensure successful matches
• Maintain active follow-ups with customers to deliver an excellent and seamless customer experience
• Identify and pursue new lead opportunities through referrals, partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives to expand the client base
• Take full ownership of monthly sales targets and consistently achieve strong performance through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
• Work closely with fellow consultants and support team members to achieve branch and company goals
• Share industry knowledge, sales techniques and best practices with junior consultants to support their development and success
• Lead by example through professionalism, customer service excellence and strong sales discipline

Required Competencies and Certifications

• CEI certification is preferred for this role

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Experience in maid agency / employment agency sales is strongly preferred
• Candidates with successful backgrounds in insurance, property or other service-based sales will also be considered
• Strong customer relationship management and objection-handling skills
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Willingness to guide and support junior consultants

Other Information

• Basic Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 (depending on experience) , potential earnings including commissions can reach $4,000-$7,000 and up.
• Attractive tiered commission package per successful placement, with strong performers earning significantly above base salary
• 5.5 day work week with alternate week off-days

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes daily for mixed rice display, ensuring consistent quality and taste
• Execute stir-frying and cooking techniques to produce large quantities of dishes efficiently
• Plan daily menus to meet peak customer demand and adjust quantities accordingly
• Monitor and maintain food quality, taste, texture, and presentation to meet company standards
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, including cleaning work areas and cooking utensils regularly
• Manage food inventory by checking ingredient freshness, ordering supplies timely
• Coordinate with assistants or helpers to set up and operate the food stall smoothly
• Stand for extended periods and work early morning shifts as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid food hygiene certificate
• Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience in economic rice/mixed rice stalls or similar food preparation environments
• Strong stir-fry cooking skills and ability to manage high-volume food production
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work early morning shifts
