- Manage procurement processes, including issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.

-Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

- Liaise with suppliers and site managers to ensure materials are delivered as per the project schedule.

- Track delivery statuses and handle any issues related to late or incorrect deliveries.

- Conduct monthly reconciliation against supplier’s Statement of Account (SOA) to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

HR Administration Assistant:

-Handle work pass applications, renewals, and manage related documentation for workers.

· Lead on all M&E Quantity Surveyor related matters

· Responsible for the full suite of M&E Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors, particularly for M&E disciplines;

· Formulate procurement strategy; prepare tender documentations, cost reports and cost plans; administer tender process; evaluate tenders and submit tender recommendation reports;

· Review variation request order; assess the associated variation costs, monthly financial report; process of progress payment and final account;

· Work closely with the Project Team to provide cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction, construction and post construction stage.

Requirements

· Recognized Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering with relevant working experience as M&E QS in M&E projects.

. Preferably for M&E QS with M&E experience

· Possess minimum 5 years of working experience in Project Tendering/Costing experience

· Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties

· Good working knowledge of forms/conditions of contract

· Able to work independently and be a good team player as well

· Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate with external consultants and clients,

Promote and sell commercial and residential construction, design, and renovation projects.

Understand client needs and provide customised solutions, quotations, and proposals.

Coordinate with project and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements (good to have)

Proven sales experience; experience in construction or renovation industry is an advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit Progress Claims / Interim Payment Claims.

Verify site progress and compile supporting documentation.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and QS to ensure accuracy.

Assist in handling Variation Orders (VO) documentation.

Issue invoices based on approved Payment Certificates and follow up on collections.

Maintain accounting records including AP/AR, reconciliations, and reports.

Support management in project-related financial matters.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance / Quantity Surveying or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (construction industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of Progress Claim, Payment Certificate, and VO process.

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with accounting software.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently under deadlines.

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with project teams and clients.

Report to Job Sites, Work closely with Project Manager to manage projects.

· In charge of coordinating and liaising with Contractors at Job-Site

· Monitor project status and report back to Project Manager(PM)

· Attend site meetings with consultants;

· Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;

· Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;

· Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works;

· Supervise the progress of M&E works on site;

· Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
